Quick disconnection of the steering wheel is helpful in vehicles with tight space where its hard to get in and out and it adds extra theft protection!
Each Hub has been machined with finely tuned spline tolerances for minimal movement in the wheel. We made the release handle extra wide for easy grip and disconnection even with race gloves on. Designed with a 6-point bolt pattern to work with our PRP Steering Wheels (and the majority of other aftermarket steering wheels).
