The REVOLVE Tool Kit is a clean and organized kit designed to have everything you need to change a tire and a drive belt out on the trail. Each case can hold up to (2) spare drive belts from any major UTV manufacturer. Below the tool kit foam is the second layer of foam that can be customized to fit more tools. This second layer of foam can also be removed to add a first aid kit, tow strap, recovery gear, gloves, or anything else you want to bring on your ride. This REVOLVE kit is easy to customize for Overlanding, pre-running, rock crawling, open desert racing, or just fun and safe family cruising.
The Revolve Tool Kit includes the following:
- Revolve Case
- 1 Layer of Precut EVA foam that has a universal cut out for your OEM belt change tool
- 1 layer of Standard EVA foam (additional options available)
- 11" Needle Nose Pliers
- Cutting Tool
- Ratcheting screwdriver with 8mm, 10mm sockets
- Lug Wrench that extends from 11"-17"
- 17mm and 19mm deep sockets

The REVOLVE case is designed to rest on the outer ring of your spare wheel and can be strapped in using any "Y" strap. Molded from a tough, durable, 1680D Nylon shell, each case is specifically designed to offer the highest level of protection to your belts, tools, gear, and supplies. While not waterproof, like our cage-mounted cases, the rubberized zipper creates a water-resistant barrier to moisture, dirt, mud, silt, and debris protecting your valuable assets.
Layer Options:
Standard EVA Foam. More of rigid, closed-cell foam. Have 2 rings precut for easy removal to replace with your spare drive belt? This foam is more difficult to cut. Best results are found by cutting with a jigsaw.
Customizable Kaizen Foam. Easier to cut and customize by simply using a razor blade, (16" diameter circle).
Universal Cut Out EVA Foam. The Universal cutout is large enough to fit a Quick change belt tool (as shown in the image above) or any other items you want to add. 12" round with a 10.5" x 4" cut out in the center and two rings around the outside to be removed when your belt is added. .
